Area Housing Estates Officer - Tenancy Services

£16,172-£18,198 (22.2 hours per week Wed-Fri)

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Housing Officer. You’ll provide a high quality and value for money housing tenancy and estate management service in accordance with our corporate priorities, values and customer service ethos.

You’ll provide practical advice and support to tenants on everything from viewings, disputes, rent arrears, tenancy changes to terminations. You will form effective relationships with tenants to maximise the duration of tenancies.

You’ll need experience of working in housing management in direct liaison with tenants and be able to show us a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You must have the ability to communicate effectively, meet deadlines and work well in a team.

A full driving licence is essential.
