Our achievements include:
- The successful delivery of our 2004-06 Housing Corporation funded programme, which was the 6th largest programme in the country. We have already built hundreds of new affordable homes for rent and sale to local people in southern England
- We have commissioned over 1250 new homes and administered over 750 Homebuy loans to key workers under our Hampshire Zone Agency role
- We are one of only 13 housing association partners nationally to receive funding under the NpiAH, securing funding for 154 new homes
- The 2006-08 Programme is on target to produce a further 1500 units and having secured Zone Agency for 2006-08 a further 875 units will be provided through the homebuy programme
